THE ARC

Peace is not a destination you arrive at when life is finally arranged correctly. It is a practice — daily, embodied, available to you now. And pleasure is not a reward earned at the end of healing. It is your birthright, seeded inside you, waiting to be uncovered.

These two journeys move through that arc together. The Arrival Journey builds the foundation — a regulated nervous system, a daily practice of peace, and an expanding capacity for sensory aliveness. The Awakening Journey deepens from that ground into the full feminine body — desire, pleasure, and the energetic and sacred dimensions of your sexuality.

You cannot rush the second journey. The first one prepares you for it.

Each program runs once a year — The Arrival Journey in the fall, The Awakening Journey in the spring. Each cohort is small and intentional. The group is part of the medicine.

Seed of Life Yoga

Yoga means to yoke — to unite. This practice is the uncovering of the peace, pleasure, and aliveness already seeded inside you. Fluid feminine movement, breathwork, sounding, acupressure, energy visualization, and belief rewiring — woven around your specific intention.
