Arrive in Your Body builds your foundation: a deeper sense of what is happening inside you, a regulated nervous system, a daily practice of peace, and an expanding capacity for sensory aliveness. Awaken Your Feminine Energy deepens from that ground into the full feminine body, desire, pleasure, and the energetic and sacred dimensions of your sexuality. Each program runs once a year. Arrive in Your Body in the fall, Awaken Your Feminine Energy in the spring. The group is part of the medicine.
I also offer bespoke private journeys designed entirely around your specific needs and desires. Because sometimes what a woman needs is to travel the arc alone, held one to one.

A bespoke six to twelve-week private journey designed around your specific needs, desires, and timeline. Drawing from the full breadth of the Sacred Woman Institute work which includes somatic body practice, Reiki, Kundalini yoga, the Silva Method, Tantric awareness, and the SACRED method.
No two private journeys are the same. The length, the focus, and the arc are designed together in our first conversation and refined as we go. What stays constant is the depth of the work and the quality of the support.

1:1 · 60 MIN · IN PERSON OR ZOOMYoga means to yoke, to unite. This practice is the uncovering of the peace, pleasure, and aliveness already seeded inside you. Fluid feminine movement, breathwork, sounding, acupressure, energy visualization, and belief rewiring, woven around your specific intention.
