“Your peace and your pleasure are sacred birthrights. Here we reclaim them.”

— EMYLUZ DELMAR

I'm Emyluz.

I have learned that peace and pleasure are not destinations. They are practices — daily, committed, embodied practices that require the same dedication as anything else worth building in your life.

What I know — from my own experience and from walking alongside other women — is that most of us have learned to outsource our peace and our pleasure without realizing we are doing it. We outsource them to our relationships, our families, our communities, our achievements. We have been so conditioned to leave ourselves that the leaving feels normal.

But it isn't.

I often ask myself: would women have to work so hard to restore their inner peace if they had been raised in a world that truly honored them — that embraced their feminine nature, celebrated their bodies, and safeguarded their sense of self from the very beginning? I don't think they would.

This work is not about fixing something broken in you. It is about restoring what should have been a given from your very conception — your right to feel at home in yourself, at peace in your body, alive to your own pleasure.

Peace and pleasure are internal states. They live in the body — in the breath, in the nervous system, in the quiet hum of aliveness available to every woman who learns to listen for it. They cannot be given to you by another person or by the right set of circumstances. They can only be cultivated — from the inside out, through practice, through presence, through the radical act of choosing yourself again and again.

That is what we work on together. Not as a concept. But as a practice of restoration.

I write about this too. Find my essays on Substack →

WHAT I BRING

A unique combination of worlds.

I trained as a ballet dancer, studied at MIT, built a career at one of the most rigorous institutions in finance, and am raising four children. I have lived fully in the world of high performance and I know intimately what it costs a woman to sustain it — and what gets quietly traded away in the process.

Today I am a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, a somatic and sexual empowerment coach, trained in Tantra and Taoist philosophy. I have studied the Silva Method and the work of James Doty. I have built a method from all of these — grounded in both the science of the nervous system and the ancient wisdom of the feminine body.

I am not a guru. I am a practitioner. I do this work myself, every day, and I teach it because I know what becomes possible when a woman finally stops managing herself and starts meeting herself.

THE WOMAN I WORK WITH

You know yourself well.

And you are ready to feel yourself fully.

You are intelligent and thoughtful. You have done inner work. You know your patterns. You are not looking for someone to excavate your past — you have been there.

You are ready for something different.

You are ready to feel yourself, to cultivate your inner peace, and to expand your capacity for pleasure.

If that is you — you are in the right place.

Where would you like to begin?

Whether you are ready to commit to the full journey or simply want to begin with a practice — there is a place for you here.
